7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Castle that cannot be resolved through our support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi or Mumbai. By continuing to use Castle, you agree to this jurisdiction and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.
